Once we begin processing your order, we will not accept any returns or exchanges. All the bouquets are fresh and unique, and each piece of art is not 100% the same. As well all bouquets may be made by different designers. In particular, flowers are seasonal and the color may be slightly different in each season. Please think carefully before placing any order. When it comes to the authenticity of each flower, the environment and photography are also factors. We will try to keep it similar to the sample photo. We use our passion and love to create our bouquets and will work hard for all customers on their orders. Please understand and respect our work. For any changes or cancellations, please contact us immediately. If you have any questions, we will try our best to answer them. Otherwise, we do not accept any refund once we start your order.
